A regular speaker in India and abroad including, MIT Emerging Technology Conference, PMI, IEEE, CII Business Excellence, IIT-Gandhinagar, IIeX Europe, 2017, Koushik has written articles and research papers & coauthored a book titled 'A Conversation with the Innovator in You'.
As a IEEE volunteer Koushik is the board member of Technology and Engineering Management society, Chair of TEMS India, Bangalore and IEEE Bangalore 2018 among other leadership roles.
Koushik is a leadership coach and is also a cartoonist, sportsman, actor, among other things.
